The beginning in the archive is not dignified. A Bitcoin advertisement appeared while I was browsing an adult website. That is the detail the story keeps, long after a cleaner origin would have been easy to write.
More than a decade of crypto followed. The inherited account remembers dead currencies and exchanges beside the unlikely persistence of that first website. The joke survives because the expected order of importance did not.
I do not want to turn this into a theory of which businesses deserve to survive. It is a smaller observation about the stories we tell around beginnings. A project can be presented as inevitable while the moment that introduced it was accidental.
That accident matters to Remna. If I hand over only the deliberate decisions, I give an incomplete account of how a person arrives somewhere. Curiosity, embarrassment, boredom and coincidence belong beside conviction.
There is no exact year attached to the encounter in the inherited material. The timeline therefore calls it an early memory rather than assigning it an attractive date. Precision should come from evidence, not from the need to fill a row.
The room can keep the joke without making it the entire story. A small, awkward beginning becomes one doorway into the longer archive. It reminds me how little a polished introduction can explain.
